ALTOONA, IA – Miles Taylor and Joshua Jackson held an overnight auction on Twitter. The auction gained a ton of attention almost immediately.

The two Hawkeyes tweeted out that they would be auctioning off their Alternate Black uniforms in their entirety (everything but the pants) to benefit the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital. This afternoon Miles Taylor tweeted out the following message ending the auction:

$13,000 raised in 24 hours for the children’s hospital! It’s so awesome to see Hawkeyes doing great things off of the field when they’re not on the field. Well done gentlemen, well done.
