Iowa City – Iowa volleyball is preparing for a weekend doubleheader against top-ten, conference opponents. #7 Wisconsin will be in Carver Hawkeye Arena Friday night, and #3 Minnesota will pay a visit on Saturday.
The Hawkeyes are off to their best start in over 20 years with a 12-3 overall record. Iowa’s three losses have all come against top-25 ranked opponents, most recently against #2 Penn State.
Neither Wisconsin nor Minnesota are undefeated. Both suffered a loss to Michigan State last weekend.
The Hawkeyes have remained undefeated in matches where they win the first set. There 11-0 record will be challenged against top-ten opponents.
Both matches are set to begin at 7 p.m.
